The decision to sell our home in the city, quit our jobs and move to the country was a big one! I had always dreamed of living in an old farm house and my Mark made my dreams come true. We bought a fixer-upper and spent the next 18 months working night and day to completely renovate the entire house, when we weren't working our days jobs! That was 11 years ago now. Here is our journey!

ReplyDeleteWe both love Jesus and we both had a dream to buy an old farmhouse. 4 yrs ago I sold my large 3bd, 3ba home and bought a very small 570' vintage farmhouse in the Appalachian mountains online, sight unseen in a town I had never heard of nor stepped foot in. I trusted God and am so at peace where I now dwell. I am looking forward to exploring your farmhouse posts. You did such an amazing job on the remodel. Blessings.
